Stationary Tachometers
Jones Standard Tachometers are available with 6", 4" and 3" diameter dials and with various mounting arrangements. They can be used with all Jones take-off systems. Jones tachometers indicate accurate speed in either direction of shaft rotation. All instruments are moisture resistant and dust proof. They are available with counters and other options.

Jones 6” Diameter Tachometers
These instruments have 6" diameter dials with an effective scale length of 17". The entire instrument is chrome plated, with unbreakable Lexan® window. For list of standard dial ranges and optional features see chart.

Series 5105 and 5205
Panel mounted from front in SAE 5 1116" or 3 3l8" hole with four mounting bolts. Chrome finish standard.

Series 5111 and 5211
Panel mounted from front in SAE 3 3/8" or 4 3/8" diameter hole with U-bracket. Chrome finish standard.

Jones 4” Diameter Tachometers
These models have 4" diameter dials with an effective scale length of over 12". For list of standard dial ranges and optional features see chart.

Series 5104 and 5204
Designed for applications where a long, easily read scale is desirable. Panel mounted from front in 3 3/8" or 4 3/8" diameter hole with U-bracket. Sealed glass lens is held in place by snap-ring. Standard case finish is black. Also available with a rolled-on bezel (specify as Series 5103 or 5203) in place of the snap ring.

Series 5113 and 5213
Especially for process control applications. Mount from either front or back of panel with four mounting bolts. Standard case finish is black with nickel-plated bezel.

Jones 3” Diameter Tachometers
Jones 3" diameter tachometers are specifically designed and built for heavy-duty applications. "Water Proof" completely sealed instruments are available (see Options List). They feature the longest scale length available in a 3" instrument - almost 10".

These tachometers are widely used on stationary and vehicular applications. Special versions are available for trucks, racing autos and boats.

Case finish is black. Standard dial ranges and optional features, such as maximum speed recording hands, are shown on chart.

Series 5102 and 5202
Mount in standard SAE 3 318" panel opening and are secured with a U-bracket. Also available with a rolled-on bezel in place of snap ring lens retainer Specify 5101 or 5201. Model 5202J - Addition of Option J to 5202 is for bulkhead mounting.

Series 5108 and 5208
Features a flange for front of panel mounting, with four .177 diameter holes on 4 118" bolt circle.
